Pipe Relining Solutions For Sydney

The Relining Technology We Use Is Globally Recognised

Our pipe relining solutions utilise a unique technology developed by the German company Brawoliner. A highly malleable pipe liner coated in epoxy resin is shot into the pipe and inflated to fit into the contours of the pipe. After the resin has cured, the damaged host pipe is structurally repaired from within, ensuring optimal continued usage for years to come. We are proud to be one of the leaders in the methodology, with highly qualified and trained staff ready to roll out this incredibly convenient alternative to expensive and time-consuming excavation works!

The use of CCTV cameras for diagnosis is also a key part of the technology we use so that you can clearly see what the problem is, where the problem is and how our relining solutions can fix the issue for you.

The Pipe Relining Process Is Straight Forward

The process really is about as simple as you can get. After we have diagnosed the issue using our state of the art CCTV camera drain inspection technology, we will then just need an access point to the pipes from where we will be able to insert the lining and get started. The process uses pressurised air machinery to push the material to the end of the problem area while the high elasticity lining mimics the shape of the area. This allows for a much speedier (and yet very high quality) job to be done as opposed to what having to replace your pipes etc would allow.

Step 1

Your plumbing is inspected by our highly trained pipe relining professionals using CCTV technology to diagnose the problem.

Step 2

High pressure water is then used to clean everything out and prepare the pipes for the liner.

Step 3

A packing device is then inserted into the required access point and the lining is pulled into place. It’s then inflated to force it against the surfaces.

Step 4

The material is cured to harden it and the last CCTV inspection and a report is provided along with a 50 year warranty!

The Benefits of Pipe Relining as Opposed to Traditional Plumbing

1. You Will Definitely Save Time

Not having to dig at all in order to diagnose or fix your problem eliminates a significant amount of time from the process. There is also additional time saved by the fact that no actual laying of pipe is required and very little in the way of physical connection of the new piping to the existing infrastructure.

2. You Will Definitely Save Money

Not having to hire expensive excavation gear, or pay for weeks of labour digging up pipes is directly translated into savings for you. Plus, if you have problem pipes which need regular jet blasting to clear frequent blockages, you will only need to pay for pipe relining once to fix the problem for good.

3. Far Less Noise

A happy neighbour is a good neighbour! The same can be said for workers, family and the general public. The noise associated with a traditional plumbing worksite is significantly reduced without the need for any excavation or infrastructure installation in the usual sense. The most noise you’ll hear from us is from the jet blaster and air compressor. No shovels, excavators, hammers, wrenches, excessive amounts of staff, or rusty old pipes being moved around. We simply flush the pipes, push the liner through and we’re done!

4. A High Level Of Convenience

Forget having to vacate your home, business, or shut down a public area (provided the symptoms of problem aren’t bad enough to warrant it of course). We require minimal space other than the access points from which we can diagnose and service the rest of your plumbing system. The best part of all is that we’ll be done on average within 1 day, depending on the nature of the job at hand. So for a faster, easier, cheaper solution, give Sydney Relining Solutions a call or contact us only today to find out more or make an appointment!

5. A 50 Year Warranty

We know that this method will last and are confident that we offer the best pipe relining in Sydney. For this reason, if the work doesn’t last for 50 years, we’ll come back to fix it free of charge! So contact us now to organise your peace of mind.
